
The San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians (SPBMI) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain firm fixed price proposals for full-scope design-build services for a hybrid solar+storage+liquefied propane (LP) gas-fueled microgrid. The proposed microgrid will provide resilient electricity service for the SPBMI Tribal Administration Campus, including six (6) facilities that are essential to the tribe’s health and safety. The microgrid will also integrate approximately 24 kW DC of existing rooftop solar PV that is currently serving one of the campus facilities.
The request for proposals (RFP) for the San Pasqual Tribal Government Complex Microgrid Project, which includes the main RFP document (PDF) and a Detailed Budget Form (Excel spreadsheet), can be download using the links provided below. Proposals in response to the RFP are due by Monday, December 16, 2019. A mandatory bidders site walk that will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2019.
